Prerequisite/Eligibility Interested applicants must fulfl the following criteria: U Nominated by their Government; U Have a basic university degree; U Below 45 years of age; U Three years or more of working experience in negotiations, international affairs/ relations or international trade; U Profcient in English language; U Medically ft; and U Ability to work independently and in groups.
