Workshop on Introduction to Public International Law

The four-day Workshop on Introduction to Public International Law which started on 23 May 2011 was successfully concluded on 26 May 2011. A total of 23 participants from various government departments and agencies attended the course. The workshop had increased the participants knowledge, understanding and awareness on public international law particularly relating to diplomacy, international relations, defense, security, international trade and investment, human rights, laws of the sea and international disputes. The lecturers and speakers invited were from various academic and professional backgrounds who ably gave in-depth information and disseminate knowledge of the highest standard to the participants.  Overall, the participants expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the opportunity to gain knowledge from the workshop.
