Building Blocks of Good English 2/2011

From the 21-25 November 2011, 20 officers from various ministries and government agencies attended a course on Building Blocks of Good English. The main objective here was to enhance the general proficiency of the participants and as such special care was taken to pitch the classes at the appropriate level. A skills- based approach was adopted where activities required everyone to be involved in listening, speaking, reading and writing exercises which covered grammar and pronunciation as well.
