Client's Charter

  • To organise at least 90% of the training programmes and discourses listed in the IDFR Prospectus;
  • To inform clients about the training and learning programmes planned by the Centres in IDFR at least one (1) month prior to the training programme and at least three (3) weeks before the commencement of seminars / conferences / workshops / roundtable discussions / public lectures;
  • To ensure that the training programmes / seminars' objectives received an average rating score of at least 5 on a scale of 1 to 7;
  • To ensure the effectiveness of the programme delivery with an average score for trainers’ evaluation of at least 5 on a scale of 1 to 7;
  • To produce at least 20 scholarly writing and programme reporting per year;
  • To ensure all applications for consulting services being considered, and implemented where appropriate; and
  • To ensure that all customer enquiries and complaints:
    i) to be acknowledged within one (1) working day; and
    ii) to be responded within seven (7) business days.
