What is RSS feed?

RSS is abbreviation for Really Simple Syndication or RDF SITE SUMMARY (RSS 0.9 and 1.0) is one of XML application (Extensible Markup Language) according to World Wide Consortium (WC3) specifications. It was one of the formats for syndicated news and used as an agent to seek news or data on line from websites that support this type of application.
